Assigns time off policies to an employee with accruals starting on the specified date. A null start date removes the existing assignment. On success, returns the current list of assigned policies.

Invalid request. Possible causes: employee not found, missing hire date, malformed JSON, missing timeOffPolicyId, or a policy is already assigned for the time off type.
Unauthorized. Invalid API credentials.
Insufficient permissions to assign time off policies.
Unprocessable entity. The operation is not allowed for this employee, for example because of EOR restrictions.
